LOWER PROPERTY TAXES AS A RESULT THEN MANY OF THE HOUSED IN THE SAME AREA THAT HAVE CHOOSEN TO ADD THE ASSESSMENT TO THERE PROPERTY TAXES OVER 20 OR 30 YEARS. THE HOUSE IS READY SOON FOR CITY WATER, SEWER AND IRRIGATION LINE HOOKED UP.
